How big is your world?
The globalgirl network desires to connect women across cultures as we share our stories of passion and triumph, but also our places of brokenness and deep longing. We stand as women who want to make a difference by being the difference in our own home, our communities and our world.
The globalgirl network started as a dream—a commission—to create a global good news magazine. This vision then found a home within the work of Linwood House Ministries, a ministry based in Vancouver, BC, that creates sacred space for blessing and transformation.
Connecting as a circle of women
The globalgirl network is a circle of women who carries the world in their hearts. A globalgirl has a global perspective. She sees the women of the world and cares deeply. She lives purposefully, intent on growing into her divine destiny and identity. She is on a journey to be whole and live an abundant life.
Some women have learned keys to living an abundant way of life. We are looking for those keys, to share and help unlock the lives of others.
Sharing our stories
Every woman carries a secret, a principle, a key that the world needs from her. Often it is tied up in our stories. It is our hope that as you read the stories of other women–and as you share yours–you too will be healed, encouraged and enlightened to your divine destiny, the purpose you were created for.
Taking meaningful action
As we honour the stories of women in this large global circle, we see the issues of our world. It is our desire that we will then take the steps to begin to make a difference. To do the next thing. To do the thing we are called to help change. We hope to inspire women to take meaningful action where they are at, and then beyond.
