Too bad there isn't more of a way to get this out there. When my youngest son was a toddler, he was just about picked up and run away with three times. Once his older brother had to go take him out of the car.
I find this disgusting that our government would consider such a thing. Before they pass this type of legislation them and their families should be required to partake in these systems for one week so they know first hand what it is like.
Anyone considering to vote for such a thing should lose their seat and be subjected to an investigation for their part in pornography and child abuse.

thank-you for the link.
I will pass it around.

Thanks for this recipe. I cut tomatoes out of my diet and I still miss lasagna, one of my old favourites. This recipe sounds promising for something to serve that craving :-)

Please, please call me if you can or e-mail me. We just got back from El Salvador and meeting with the coordinator of the Oficina Para Adopciones. We are in the beginning process of our adoption through a family attorney there in El Salvador. We returned home to Texas this past Saturday and cannot shake off the images!!!! We have two beautiful daughters that need our full attention and love, but our hearts are heavy laden for the orphans of El Salvador. The injustice for the children in El Salvador and the heartbreak of hundreds of families who have had their documents in El Salvador for years and have heard NOTHING, are overwhelming to us.

Please touch base with me and lets begin communication about this situation. We have so much to share and we want to know how God can use us to make a difference there in El Salvador. Andres, my husband, is from there and moved to the U.S. during the civil war in the eighties.

A sister-in-Christ,

Elizabeth A. Perez from Mansfield Texas

Will give home number when you e-mail. Don't want to share with everyone.

Unfortunately, I am working in a country where the sex trade is rampant. That is Bangkok, Thailand. As long as Governments encourage this situation, it will be extremely difficult to change this situation. BUT NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH GOD IN OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST. So, we pray for a change and leave it in the hands of the creator. GOD BLESS IN OUR LORD JESUS. AMEN.

What a beautiful approach to mountain-moving faith. If we all what we can to move a 'mountain' we will see transformation taking place in society. God is faithful!

Thank you so much for this encouraging reminder about the necessity for and the power of PRAYER! Especially the power of a praying woman. Being a "doer", it is always a struggle for me to be still and know that He is God...yet my strongest spiritual gift is that of prayer (I'm sure part of the challenge is due to the opposition).

After years of service and employment with a wonderful church that focuses on planting ministries around the world, I have moved into a new era in my life. I believe the Lord has called me into what I describe as a Galilean experience. The best way I can describe it is "walking through the marketplace taking it captive to the Lord through intercession and relationship development". This stage of my life has been developing over the past three years, and I have been blessed to be part of so many life changing experiences, including the baptism of a family, on-going sharing with a Jehovah's Witness, finding favor among men and women who are leading a gay lifestyle and are open to hearing about Jesus.

The community that the Lord has planted me in is very unique in that it is located in an area that is rooted in spirituality that has springboarded off of the local indiginous people's (my people's) paganistic past. Their practices included human sacrifices among other things. Unfortunately, because we are part of the modern western ized world, this part of our culture has been very romanticized, which has fueled spiritual practices such as new age, pagan worship, and witchcraft.

But I believe that the harvest is plentiful, all they need is the wonderful, freeing truth. I know that this can only be accomplished through the foundation of committed prayer. My continual prayer is that the Lord would roll back the darkness over this place and that He would pour out His spirit on these people (His people), like fresh oil from heaven. That He would open the eyes of their hearts that they might see Him. And that I would be used as a conduit of his gracious love and compassion! Thank you Jesus!

Thank you also for this wonderful e-zine. I have been blessed by it since I started this Galilean journey, and I cannot express the way I have been supported and encouraged by the experiences of the women who contribute to this site. God Bless!

Hello! I have volunteered in an orphanage in El Salvador and God has placed that country on my heart. I am planning on going back for a month coming up in between school. I would love to hear more about your orphanage and will definitly pray about being a volunteer.
